A paper feed department

1) Five-row paper feeding table, 3mm iron plate, frame welded with 120mm channel steel, equipped with chain tensioner.
2) Three sections of paper feed per row.
3) Equipped with a pressure bar to make the cardboard enter the machine flat.
4) The outer diameter of the paper feeding roller is φ110mm, and the outer diameter of the delivery wheel is 133.5mm.

1. printing plate roller

1) outside diameter of printing plate roll ф393mm (including plate thickness outside diameter ф405mm)
2) the printing roller is made of high-quality thick-walled seamless steel pipe, and the surface is fine-ground and hard-chrome plated.
3) balance correction, smooth operation.
4) the scroll is mounted on the plate and locked on one side, which makes the registration of the plate accurate, convenient and fast.
5) full version hanging board groove, suitable for 10mm hanging board.

2. imprinting roller

1) the outer diameter of the embossing roller is φ155mm.
2) thick-walled seamless steel pipe with finely ground surface and hard chrome plating.
3) balance correction, smooth operation.
4) the adjustment range of the pressure roller is 0-11mm.

3.ink transfer anilox roller

1) the diameter of anilox roller is 198mm.
2) after the surface of the thick-walled seamless steel pipe is finely ground, the surface is ground, and the engraved texture is plated with hard chromium.
3) the halftone dots are uniform and the ink is applied evenly, which prolongs the service life of the printing plate and rubber roller.
4) the speed difference between the rubber roller and the anilox roller can be formed to allow the rubber roller to perform the ink scraping function.
5) cooperate with the air pressure type automatic lifting device of the paper feeding system (the screen roller descends and contacts the printing plate during printing,
when printing stops, the anilox roller rises and separates from the plate).

4.ink rubber roller

1) the outer diameter of the ink uniform rubber roller is ф198 mm.

4) rubber roller gap adjustment range is 0-3 mm.

5.phase adjustment mechanism

1) planetary gear structure.
2) digital display phase indication makes operation more convenient, intuitive and accurate.
3) printing phase adopts LCD screen control and electric digital 360 ° adjustment (can be adjusted during running and stopping).
4) the printing plate roller adopts electric adjustment phase. Zeroing and plate adjustment are fast, and plate adjustment accuracy is high.

6.ink circulation structure (ink fountain is made of stainless steel)

1) pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, simple operation and maintenance.
2) ink strainer to filter impurities. (Using Wuhan Yangtze River unidirectional diaphragm pump)

7.printing phase fixing device

electromagnetic brake mechanism, when the unit is separated to adjust the phase, the brake mechanism limit gear rotation.

B die-cutting part

1.operating function

1) the template roller and the Uli rubber roller are automatically disconnected by the cylinder eccentric device without die cutting,
reduce the no-load load of the machine, and at the same time extend the life of the urethane and die.
2) planetary gear structure, same as the printing department.
3) die-cut phase is controlled by LCD screen and electric digital 360 ° adjustment (can be adjusted during running and stopping).
4) the machine is equipped with a urethane glue correction device, which can be used after correcting the rubber roller repeatedly.

2. knife die roller (lower roller)

1) knife die roller outer diameter ф360mm (not including die)
2) cast steel material, the surface is finely ground and hard chrome plated.
3) balance correction to increase running stability.
4) the distance between the screw holes of the knife mold fixing screw is 100 mm in the axial direction and 18 in the radial direction.
5) the applicable die height is 25.4mm.
wood template thickness 16-18mm (for three-layer board)
17-15,3mm (for five-layer board)
6) the die roll is equipped with slotting and slotting angle cutters. The slotting knife can manually adjust the box height and slotting gap on the die roll. In order to save the cost of making a common slotted box.

3. rubber pad roller (upper roller)

1) outside diameter is 388.9mm
2) surface grinding of alloy structural steel seamless steel tube materials, hard chromium plating
3) balance correction to increase running stability
4) manually adjust the clearance with the die.
5) the thickness of the rubber pad is 8 mm and the width is 250 mm.
6) the mechanical swimming device is 40 mm laterally.
7) the rubber pad roller is equipped with a speed difference compensator, which can track the linear speed of the die roller, so that the linear speed of the trimmed rubber roller is the same as the die roller, to ensure the uniform die cutting size of different processing batches of the same variety .
