This machine suitable to all kinds of cardboard and corrugated sheets folding gluing. Simple operation, no need experience, change order sizes within 1minute, min. Carton height can be 260mm, is the ideal equipment for carton factory.

Characteristics

1. Main compositions:Composed of main machine frame, 2sets conveying part.

Main machine frame: machine host, lifting working table, front part conveying device, front part pasting device, middle conveying device, middle block pressing device, electrical control device.

2. Working principle:

Pour the mixed well glue into the bucket, press all the buttons, when the complete machine run well, open the switch in the below part of bucket, so the glue can flow to the gluing head, feeding in the cartons as per the operation requirements, let one face of the sheet spread with glue after pass the bottom of glue head, another face will be glued tightly with it after pass pressing wheels, then will press for hard adhesive after pass the middle part.

Operation and adjustment

1. Open the switch in electric box, the indicator light up.

2. Adjust the height of front paper pressing rubber wheels, make it can pass the sheet smoothly, and can press the sheet at the same time, then adjust the rubber wheels to keep the same level as per the working table.

3. Press the switch of the front part conveying belt, start the main motor.

4. Adjust the distance between flapping baffle of the host and middle part baffle, make the distance is same as the carton height. (Attention: can not too tight, if too tight, will affect the motor lifetime, if too loose, will affect the gluing quality. )

5. Adjust the middle part baffle height, make it 1.5times height of the finished carton thickness.

6. Adjust the height of middle part pressing roller, make it can pressing the cartons and also can let the cartons pass smoothly.

7. Adjust the finished cartons qty setting device, make it to the once time cartons qty position: like 8 / 10 /15pcs.

8. Press the fan button, start the blower.

9. Put the cardboard into the gluing position, move the left right baffle to near the cardboard, keep the two ends 1.5mm distance between the end of board, then can fix the baffle.

10. Open the bottom switch of the glue bucket, make the glue can flow into the gluing head.

11. Feed in the board to start working.

Main technical parameter

Attention

1. After working, close the glue bucket switch, to finish the glue.

2. After finish working, dismantle the glue head to clean it.
