1. With a one-time completion of corrugated cardboard slotting machine, the machine slotted depth are manual adjustment, and accompanied by a ruler reading. Slotting adjustment mechanism is a planetary gear structure, the manual adjustment of 360 degrees, on the slotting cutter head manually move around function, has the advantages of convenient use and maintenance, small and exquisite, is a professional for partition slot molding equipment.

2. The paper feeding shaft is made of pattern rollers, the pressure adjustment of the paper feeding shaft is adjusted by an eccentric wheel, and the left and right eccentric wheels can be used.Independent adjustment of pressure.

3. The paper pushing plate adopts the double side baffle plate and the back baffle to stabilize the cardboard way, so as to push the paper feeding process in the pushing plate.Misalignment of the upper piece of paper with paper results in slotting errors. Better suited to all kinds of quality paper.The paper is stable and accurate.

4. The slotting cutter head by aging casting processing, slotting knife using a serrated knife arc semicircle slot slotted into dandruff, finished cardboard belt output.

5. After the slotting of the paperboard is finished, the four conveying belts are sent out from the equipment, the paper section and the loading board, and the conveying is smooth and stacked neatly.

6. The power frequency control, speed regulation function can be adjusted according to customer demand.

7. The machine adjusts the size of the board and adopts manual planetary gear phase adjustment.
